Who we are

Avodah Labs is a product consultancy owned and operated by Ugo Ezeamuzie, based in Georgia, USA. This website is at avodahlabs.co. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect and why

Contact form

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, your email address and the message you send. We use them only to reply to you and to talk about working together. Formspree delivers your message to our email inbox, and we don’t add you to a mailing list.

Booking a call

The booking button on our contact page opens a scheduling page run by Google. The details you enter there go to Google and appear on our calendar, and we use them only to hold the call.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message, and we use them to reply.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how much traffic the site gets: pages viewed, the site a visit came from, general location, device type and how quickly pages load. It doesn’t use cookies or local storage. Cloudflare says it doesn’t fingerprint individual visitors or use this data for advertising.

Hosting and fonts

Cloudflare hosts this site, so it handles the standard information your browser sends with each request, including your IP address and browser type. Our font loads from Google Fonts, so your browser also connects to Google, which receives your IP address.

Sharing your information

We don’t sell your information or use it for advertising. We share it only with the services listed above, as needed to run this site and reply to you, or when the law requires it.

Cookies

This site doesn’t set cookies, and no advertising or tracking cookies are placed on it. The scheduling page is on Google’s own site, where Google’s cookie policy applies.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to finish the conversation and any work that follows, and to keep any records the law requires. Then we delete them. Formspree and Google may hold their own copies under their own policies. Analytics data is kept according to Cloudflare’s policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we make a material change to this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top of this page.
